The participation form should be filled in either with the title and abstract of the paper to be presented at the conference or with the option to attend the debates without registering a scientific paper.

Participants have the opportunity to register a second scientific paper.

In the case of co-authored papers, the co-author’s registration to the conference is under the same conditions. Each co-author will complete a separate participation form.

Sending the full text of the scientific paper, respecting the editorial requirements, to the e-mail address:  contact@forumulsecuritatiimaritime.ro 

Following the double-blind evaluation (peer review) of the papers received, the Scientific Committee and the external evaluators will be able to recommend: to hold the papers at the Conference, to make changes to the papers, to reject the papers with reasons.
